Ownership should always remain with humans. Developers and leaders are accountable for decisions, outcomes, and ethical usage. AI is a tool, but decision-making must remain with people.

Security is a shared responsibility and comes first, even before coding. The concept of secure by design means including security considerations from the design phase. While there are security engineers and cybersecurity experts to guide and monitor threats, every team member is responsible for security within the product team.
