Does anyone have any ideas for making the virtual graduation ceremony of my Leadership Development Program special and memorable within a 60-minute timeframe? I want to celebrate the participants!

have a special virtual background for participants, invite special guests (executives, coworkers, family members), send swag boxes and include champagne or something fun to celebrate at home, start with music and get the energy up when people come 'in' to the meeting

You can take a short video or message about their experiences in the Leadership Development Program or Create a digital yearbook featuring photos, quotes, and memorable moments from the program that you can collect from participants, and at the end, you can take a screenshot of all the participants together during the virtual ceremony and share it with everyone.

We are looking to create a queue-based interview system. Currently, we have coordinators whose tasks include coordinating and scheduling interviews. Each recruiter is tagged to a specific coordinator, which creates a lot of dependency. To eliminate this, we are considering introducing a queue system.
