Since I’ve been here I’ve learned much knowledge that I wouldn’t dreamed of. Don’t get me wrong, I would have learned that from many different sites, but Gartner Peer Community gathers all of this in a single source of knowledge.

On a daily basis I answer polls, a question and lookup for knowledge/hard data of the projects I’m in or the new ones I’m creating.

Many of my questions have been answered by peers that I appreciate the most and have enlightened me.

Also, I’ve managed to make connections that have provided value to my network.

There are definitely very diverse views. A new company perspective is a lot different from a 100 year old company perspective. Also at 130,000 employees solutions at our scale may not be great for 1,000 employee company. I enjoy learning all points of view as I have learned a lot from nimble small companies

I love reading comments from other executives. It helps me understand their thinking, reasoning and choices made so I can do better decisions myself. Most of the discussions for the questions posted can be applied at some point at my planning/execution process. The more conversations I read the more I learn, some of the comments make me think and consider ideas I never thought of… overall I am really happy with the quality of content. As the community grows the content will become even more valuable

I continue to spend a significant amount of time reading posts. Most of the surveys and questions are valuable and can either help me confirm a strategy or make me think twice about it. Pulse will be huge at some point, and I am happy to be part of the ride and growing my network at the same time.

It is still a little rough around the edges but a solid MVP and needs a little polish. Something I'd like to see is an advanced search capability. Often I will find an exciting topic, and I will never find it again if I don't comment on it.

Thanks Nathan. That is gratifying to hear. We're glad you are a part of the community.

We have recently introduced a feature to save content for future reference that you'll find interesting. To use it, at the top of every question or poll, you'll notice a button to the right of "Upvote" that looks like a ribbon. You can use this to save it to your "My Content" section, which is accessible at https://www.pulse.qa/my-content/saved.

Appreciate the general feedback about an advanced search.
