Is your company paying a shift differential for their computer operators and management personnel that work the 2nd and 3rd shifts? Please include the percentage if possible.

No. These services are provided by our offshore teams, thus they are paid at their standard rates for their time zones.

No we don't but we compensate with extra paid time off.

Yes. For ground ops and sales folks who work overtime or in odd hours, our org pay a differential which is 1.5x of regular hours salary.
