Can anyone share examples of team structure and approach, to build a total experience group in IT? We currently have employee experience (it's by and large focused on communications with a small amount of human-centered design) and organizational change management. I feel we are missing the big picture and I'm preparing to make a pitch to senior leaders.

First you have to define what your strategic plans are to know the technological infrastructure needs, know if you have or need multidisciplinary specialized personnel and consider the security part, and Compliance (if applicable) to protect the sensitive data of the company and its customers.
In this way you will understand the need for technological infrastructure, specialized personnel, and security and compliance options.
You will probably need specialized personnel in networks and telecommunications, data intelligence/database administration, cybersecurity, and some helpdesk.

A Total Experience group in IT is positioned to create a workplace that fosters innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being. By presenting a comprehensive approach that encompasses technology, human-centered design, and organizational change, you can demonstrate the potential for transformative impact on both employees and the organization as a whole.
