We are trying to build from within. I am identifying sysadmins or network admins who desire to transition to security and slowly transition them to more security roles.
For L1 and L1.5 Resources (Freshers): We are training freshers on one side to comply
For L2 Resources (With 2 to 3 Years Experience): Fetching from the market is fine. But takes more time as the quality of resources are not adequate.
For 3 Resources (With 3 to 7 Years Experience): This is a difficult task as quality resources are tough to find. Hence we keep the hunt on all the time. References are good!!
