I would magically eliminate the problem of inconsistent and time-consuming data integration and automation in FP&A software.

Today, some of the most consistent challenges revolve around the following issues:

- Manual data extraction and loading from various sources, leading to errors and delays
- Inefficient data transformation and aggregation, resulting in lengthy report preparation times
- Limited automation capabilities, requiring FP&A teams to dedicate significant resources to routine tasks

An ideal solution would have the following capabilities:

- Seamless, automated data integration from multiple sources, including cloud-based applications and on-premise systems
- Advanced data transformation and aggregation capabilities, enabling real-time reporting and analysis
- AI-powered automation of routine tasks, freeing FP&A teams to focus on strategic decision-making and high-value activities

A solution with greater data integration and automation capabilities would drive:

- Increased productivity: FP&A teams can focus on high-value tasks, such as strategic planning and analysis, rather than manual data management
- Improved accuracy: Automated data integration and transformation reduce errors and ensure consistent data quality
- Enhanced decision-making: Real-time reporting and advanced analytics enable FP&A teams to provide more accurate and timely insights and value to business stakeholders

By eliminating the problem of inconsistent and time-consuming data integration and automation, FP&A teams can focus on driving business growth and strategic decision-making, rather than being bogged down in manual data management tasks.

I would vastly improve the report writing capabilities on the larger, more established systems.
