The documentation in the platform that we are using is less than stellar. Some of the integration points and APIs are a bit chatty and requires a lot of instrumentation to do very simple things. COO in Healthcare and Biotech, 5,001 - 10,000 employees
Initial iterations of these platforms generally seem to be discrete or “fine” API’s/services, vs. more “course” API’s. As such, multiple API calls are required to meet a use case. Hoping they continue to iterate on the API design.VP of IT in Software, 5,001 - 10,000 employees
Improved transparency on how to account for all of the fees for all of our usage. Help us understand better what is driving these fees.Chief Technology Officer in Software, 51 - 200 employees
First of all - Keeping documents up to date. Examples around Integration . Sample code for using platform in multiple ways.We are integrating our CRM at present and documentation for them was last updated in 2019.

I was hands-on with the CMS used by a client at my lasty company. We could have used a better library of API's, and a user community to help build more flexible user experiences around the solution.Director of Technology and Library Services in Education, 201 - 500 employees
The UI for our CMS *appears* to be user-friendly, but that is not really the case. It takes some trickery to move around to add content that is linked in another section without backtracking. Sometimes, you just have to backtrack. It also hasn't had meaningful updates in perhaps the last 4-5 years, which I guess has the unexpected positive that the documentation is up to date!Content you might like
