Spend on Gen AI as part of an overall IT budget is minimal for most organizations that don't specialize in AI development.  Integration into existing platforms like MS Office has spread the footprint of Gen AI further into corporate spaces, but that doesn't necessarily increase the spend on Gen AI services significantly.

We currently use Microsoft Viva Goals for OKR tracking throughout the organization. Unfortunately, Microsoft is retiring this solution by End of 2025.  Do you know any comparable solutions which you use for OKR tracking which might be worth taking a detailed look into?
