The involvement of so many major players, including OpenAI, SoftBank, Oracle, Microsoft, and Nvidia, in Stargate raises interesting questions about partnerships and competition. What's your take on the dynamics at play here, and how do you think they'll evolve?

While these major players drive a lot of progress, there's always the possibility of a small disruptor emerging with something novel that could upset the status quo. Typically, a big consortium will push advancements forward, but then a clever, smaller entity often comes along with a groundbreaking idea.
It might all come down to what everything usually boils down to: cost. The competition might significantly impact cost models, which is a critical factor.
It's like a shiny penny that everyone starts to notice. However, within our company, we've banned the use of both Stargate and similar technologies, even in our AI innovation lab. Employees can experiment with them at home, but within our corporate environment, they're currently off-limits.
From a retailer's perspective, I don't deal with FedRAMP but focus on things like PCI compliance. Regarding competition, when I look at names like Oracle and Microsoft, I see them as old-school players. How the competition plays out will depend on their approach. Historically, companies like Oracle and Microsoft have been heavy-handed with licensing and obfuscation, which is why careers have been built around licensing specialization. The way they present the product and limit access through licensing will be telling. If they handle it as they have historically, many companies might continue to seek open-source alternatives.
