Has job security fundamentally changed for tech workers post-COVID?
CIO in Education, 1,001 - 5,000 employees
No, I don’t think job security has fundamentally changed. I don’t correlate COVID with the hiring and firing of tech workers as it relates to the economy and other macro-business conditions.Executive Director, Enterprise Infrastructure & Cybersecurity in Finance (non-banking), 10,001+ employees
No Change. In face during covid-19 productivity was high as workers flexed between house needs and work demands. Post covid-19 productivity requires a re-calibration Senior Director Engineering in Travel and Hospitality, 10,001+ employees
Its less of post-covid scenario, its more of irrational planning in some companies which focused on hiring and not on fundamentals. Does not change in my perspectiveContent you might like
