No, I don’t think job security has fundamentally changed. I don’t correlate COVID with the hiring and firing of tech workers as it relates to the economy and other macro-business conditions.

No Change. In face during covid-19 productivity was high as workers flexed between house needs and work demands. Post covid-19 productivity requires a re-calibration

Its less of post-covid scenario, its more of irrational planning in some companies which focused on hiring and not on fundamentals. Does not change in my perspective
