Continuous learning is the way forward. This means courses, reading, experimenting, and iterating, over an extended period of time. We evolve, technology evolves, and so must our learning evolve.

I’m in the process of developing and formalizing the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) for my organization, a public transport operator.
