Our pilot strategy has helped with a lot of the change management and generated excitement and engagement in the process. Just this week, we held our first annual company-wide AI and Analytics summit. We brought forward a first-class conference type experience to bring together folks from across our business units that do data science research. As part of being an academic Medical Center, we are very distributed. We gave the ability for people to come and showcase what they're working on which generated a lot of excitement and pride. We had posters, presenters, workshops and we created a “for Cleveland Clinic by Cleveland Clinic” experience. That was an important milestone in our overall change management journey in our adoption of AI.

I wish I had a really good lesson to give you. Like many of our peers, we've been very cautious with AI integration. From our perspective, we don't have any good AI integration stories to tell as yet. We've taken the approach of creating policy and educating people on how to use it, how to gain efficiencies, and how to do it safely. You can't block things because there's too much to block. We're going to have to live with AI and integrate it into what we're doing.
