Regarding crisis preparedness and business continuity: has anyone done a "Minimum Viable Company" (MVC)? If so: 1.  What methodology did you use when mapping the business processes? 2. How did you conduct the MVC-workshop? Mapping business processes is (usually) not IT's responsibility, but the business needs help in getting starting with it.

I have not done this, but I think you would start by identifying which of your business processes were the most critical for your company. That would lead to your most important applications and then you work your way back to the dependencies. This may not be exactly what you are looking for, but maybe it will help you get started.
