It is forcing us to be more deliberate about who we bring locally and for what reasons.  I believe this will ultimately make our organization more effective and result in better morale as that clarity will allow people to focus on stated, explicit goals.

We have an entire team dedicated to managing visas and immigration; we make sure to constantly cross-train and enable members of the team to work on everything as much as possible.

I think it is too early to tell what the impact may be to H1-B holders and employers. There seems to be a lot of conflicting information on the impacts and enforcement mechanisms.

Things are still very much uncertain, and I won't dive into politics, but very curious how this helps American interest. Seems like it will hurt us in the long run, as talented people will simply go elsewhere.
