In recent days, we are trying to explain the standard trainings to each individual 4 times at regular intervals. This method both facilitates understanding and prevents forgetfulness.

We currently use LearnUpon (LMS) with Degreed (LXP). So, the LMS is just the back end. Pro is the integration with Degreed and Cons include lack of standard features e.g. run Feedback/Surveys

We currently use LinkedIn Learning as well as the Skills Coach feature through Culture Amp. LinkedIn Learning is a great opportunity for employees to expand their skill set and gives us the chance to build specific learning paths, however, employees must have a personal LinkedIn account. It also requires paying for membership for all employees, regardless if they use it or not.

The Culture Amp Skills Coach is a quick way to develop leadership skills, through quick activities that don't require employees to spend a great deal of time on. This is a great opportunity for employees, but there are not a lot of options and can all be completed in a short amount of time
