I believe that organization goals and culture and a cohesive enterprise strategy largely dictates the value realization of MarTech stack. I don't think there is a one template for all industry verticals and organizations. Deeper segmentation is needed to better understand what a good fit for each enterprise is. Avinash Kaushik, the Google evangelist once said, "tools are 10% of your investment and 90% is the analysis that goes into the tool. This is where culture and org capability play a key role. Package solutions could be a good option for certain organizations that lack engineering skills, while others could benefit from build infrastructure to maximize the value from the Marketing platforms.

Marketing Tool is a very broad concept. Depending on your needs there are several tools.
In my opinion, if you are in SaaS, definitely a Marketing automation tool like Hubspot is your to-go tool. Adding Google Analytics, GenAI for content copywriting, and some design tools would be enough for your initial marketing strategy.
