Thanks.  We have been working with MS support for a couple of months.  The latency to the MS front door is low in the Asia office being tested but Outlook reports high latency to the backend Online Archive mailbox in Europe.  Users report Outlook hangs and the UI going black and unresponsive for periods.  This is the same on Vanilla Windows and Outlook installs.  What would be useful would be guidance on the recommended response time limits for Online Archive mailboxes when using the Outlook Application for Windows.

We have not seen performance issues related to the Online Archive, or Legal Hold options, however we use Outlook and let the archive online do its thing.

We using office 365 since 2017 and we started MS online archive service in 2020. We faces issues with large mailboxes(like mailbox size 5GB,10GB) while accessing old emails. Otherwise small mailboxes works fine.
