Is there any global organizations who can feed back on their experience around Outlook (Windows) performance when using the MS Online Archive service? Do any of your regions report Outlook performance issues/hangs please?

We have not seen performance issues related to the Online Archive, or Legal Hold options, however we use Outlook and let the archive online do its thing.

Yes, we've experienced some performance latency when using the MS Online Archive service.
We using office 365 since 2017 and we started MS online archive service in 2020. We faces issues with large mailboxes(like mailbox size 5GB,10GB) while accessing old emails. Otherwise small mailboxes works fine.
