Our organization fosters a collaborative knowledge-sharing ecosystem where team members are encouraged to share insights and resources across various platforms such as LMS, Slack, SharePoint and Confluence. We leverage learning tools like Udemy for Business and LinkedIn Learning to support continuous development. Through initiatives like conference debriefs, watch parties and internal events, we ensure that knowledge gained by individuals is shared and utilized by the entire team, fostering a culture of collective growth and collaboration.

We have a wiki site that hosts a lot of knowledge that we are hoping to retain, it was built during a centralized and concerted effort.  Currently each function is handling that retention very differently and there is not much centralized effort in that space.
