Make a separate audit team under responsible sourcing division and let them audit all of your suppliers ( Including OEM, ODM and CM) on pre-determined audit agenda and format. You can take help from the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) format/guidance and your internal specialise Modern slavery Legal team. Together it become you "XYZ Supplier Code of Conduct" which each and every supplier must follow before they can be onboarded to your Approved supplier list. Hope that helps!
