What provider do you use for Hiring Manager and/or Candidate Experience Surveys? Considering Qualtrics - if you have any first hand experience to share, that would be great, or any other provider you have great experience with.

Thanks for reaching out at PTC Therapeutics we are 1000+ sized organization, and we create the surveys ourselves for hiring manager and candidates using Microsoft forms. In the pasts we leverage our relationship with Gallup for other type surveys! Larger organizations may have more experience with Qualtrics and other companies.

We used Qualtrics for many years and bought a limited package of responses. We administer surveys for all parts of the employee life cycle. We switched to Survey Monkey last year as the tools and technology seem nearly identical for just 25% of the cost of Qualtrics. The survey design capabilities, AI integration, question formatting and options, analytical tools, and reporting all appear to be the same.
