I had the opportunity to work on a HR Transformation program connected to the HR Operating Model many years ago. The BIGGEST Learnings that I had:

1) WHY: Understand more the need as to why the change,
2) WHAT: What is the AS-IS situation in detail by talking to people,
3) HOW: How are the people experiencing it at the moment,
4) WHERE: Where they would desire to see the changes coming.

Finally, the continuous dialogue with the team as a whole to take through the change and the opportunities that lie ahead (for any orgn. change this is super important).

Regards,
Metzen

We have'nt been using any specific model or framework, but the requirement of a HR transformation project starts by beginning with a comprehensive audit of the current HR structure, processes, and systems, identify areas that require improvement and assess the organization's readiness for change. Then future state, efficiency, tech integration, readiness is defined and goes through Project planning to implementation phases. Often ADKAR change management model is used to manage change focussing and addressing the human side of change.
