Our recruiters are responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews and preselection assessments, background checks and offer management. The hiring, and onboarding is the responsibility of the Hiring Manager with support of HR/People & Culture.

We have a HR team that helps with recruitment but no specialist Recruiters/Talent Advisors. All the things you've mentioned are the responsibility of the hiring manager. There are some elements of onboarding that we need to do like issuing ID cards but apart from that the manager does it all.
