You hit a wall when you're looking at a managed service provider, or a strategic partner to deliver part of your services, especially with the rapid turnover. And if they can't really understand your organization, your company, or your operating model, then there's only so much you can rely on. It has to be intentional. I've been through it multiple times in the healthcare and biotech sector, and I didn't see it work well outside of the traditional work service desk.

With cloud-based solutions, some of the cybersecurity burden may be alleviated by using managed security service providers (MSSP), as opposed to getting your own tools, doing your own hiring, and really still struggling to keep the genie in the bottle.
