AWS for externally facing applications, Azure for internal staff support. I suspect many organizations will use this split approach.CTO in Finance (non-banking), 11 - 50 employees
I am actively developing in AWS and Azure. I prefer AWS by far, although I am wary of using any services that might lock me in to a single cloud provider. I am also in Azure because Amazonβs competition with retailers, grocers, pharmacies and a growing number of other industries makes them a non-starter in a growing number of industries.I primarily work in Open Source and am not leveraging Microsoft business apps in my solution. That being said, I have had far more problems with Microsoft core computing services, including VM failures. And their support staff tends to know less about how their services work than me or my team.
