Bought an HRMS from one of the regions most known and capable HRMS providers, and I don't know from where to begin! the software lacks basic security support like HTTPS, Modern Authentication/IdP Support, proper user management, etc..., surprisingly, its one of the best selling systems.
The system is full of features, but they're totally disconnected (Each feature operating in an island), and with the security issues, it was literally the worst software I bought recently.

The lesson I learned was... never trade security and user experience for features. and of course... do proper due diligence even if your organization needs the software urgently.

Without a doubt - Technical Debt! It's a ball and chain that creates an ever increasing drag on any organization, stifles innovation, and prevents transformation.
