we're not using it from a sales perspective right now. but we use it a lot within our agency side of the house for marketing content, visuals, ad creatives, etc...

We've not started using it from a lead gen perspective but we are definitely using it as a way of customizing and shaping messaging around current initiatives our prospects have. Typically doing this with enterprise customers and using both web search and extensions.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is our go-to.  I'm sure it will evolve over time to leverage all new technology.

The only way we're using AI is to streamline our trademarked Show Me You Know Me @ #samsales. It's helping us understand buyer personas and industries better, but at the end of the day, the human touch and voice is what's getting us superior open rates and reply rates, NOT personalization at scale using AI
