The only way we're using AI is to streamline our trademarked Show Me You Know Me @ #samsales. It's helping us understand buyer personas and industries better, but at the end of the day, the human touch and voice is what's getting us superior open rates and reply rates, NOT personalization at scale using AIVP of Marketing in Telecommunication, 10,001+ employees

We've not started using it from a lead gen perspective but we are definitely using it as a way of customizing and shaping messaging around current initiatives our prospects have.
