We're placing a premium on skills related to digital transformation, data prep/modeling/tagging in support of making our eco-system 'AI ready", cloud technologies, and cyber security, while also emphasizing critical thinking and innovation. An area of lower concern in the upcoming year would be to deprioritize a singular focus on specific tools, recognizing that adaptability and a culture of continuous learning and resilience often outweigh reliance on particular technologies.
