What technology do you think is now on the brink of commoditization? How is that changing your adoption or plans to expand use?

This might be an early call as the space continues to be one of the hottest in enterprise - but all the emerging options combined with growing acquisitions and consolidation in the automation / RPA space seem to be blurring the lines of the offerings. I think we'll continue to see some intense pricing wars and shuffling here.

I think that the technology that is on the brink of commoditization is artificial intelligence. With companies like IBM and Google making large investments in this technology, it is only a matter of time before it becomes a commodity. This will have a major impact on how businesses operate and will likely lead to widespread job automation.
