I think the greatest advantages of ChatGPT are generally related to customer service, natural language processing, and voice-based applications. It can offer effective solutions to customer inquiries, create marketing materials, and automate repetitive tasks. It was really effective for us with the NLP capabilities which enabled us deliver faster and more accurate data processing and empower voice-based applications, granting users the capability to easily interact with services through voice.
