The tool is only the second priority. You need to have a process and a process owner who manages the whole process and the tool and you need to train all involved employees. From a tool perspective we use existing tools or a combination of tools such as SNOW and Apps from the M365 tool suite.

Do you manage AI and traditional IT infrastructure investments as separate portfolios (budgets, governance, decision criteria), or do you combine them? What are the benefits and drawbacks?

Can a Scrum Master also take on tasks such as writing test scripts or developing reports, especially now that GenAI tools make it easier for anyone to contribute? Traditionally, how was it viewed when Scrum Masters contributed in this way, and with GenAI potentially reducing team sizes, how might agile experts view this kind of involvement from Scrum Masters now?

How can we effectively measure the maturity level of a Project Management Office (PMO)? Are there any survey questionnaires available where we can input our answers and receive an outcome with recommendations? If not, could you please provide some references that we can look into?
