At the end, this goes beyond this or that vendor.
A SOC is at the heart of your Incident Management. This means that you to find someone that fits perfect to your processes.
1. Start defining your Incident Management with all the input and output interfaces. Set your expectations
2. Get in touch with all the vendors that are willing to adopt to YOUR needs, not just selling their apples or pears.
3. Decide on a vendor and maintain YOUR scope during the setup.
