Workday provides a single, actionable view of your business, from finances to the people in your workforce. Workers can securely access contextual and real-time insights when they need them

It works best if the ERP is integrated across all your LOB's and connected to various in-house and external products being used.
Disadvantages: Keeping up with acquisitions the company does, and integrate those systems with Workday

Workday works fine but it doesn't have a lot of fans on the user base.

WorkDay is good. But its totally depends on the organization

Workday works inside of its bubble well enough (Business processes, UX, usability for everyday users and business).  However, integrating with other systems and extracting data have been/still is a challenge.
