Workday works inside of its bubble well enough (Business processes, UX, usability for everyday users and business).  However, integrating with other systems and extracting data have been/still is a challenge.

WorkDay is good. But its totally depends on the organization

It works best if the ERP is integrated across all your LOB's and connected to various in-house and external products being used.
Disadvantages: Keeping up with acquisitions the company does, and integrate those systems with Workday
