We need multi-screen management. What enterprise solutions are available to manage up to 8 wall-mounted digital displays (TVs), offering real-time mirrored or unique content, including maps, weather, news broadcasts, informational feeds,  status pages, URLs, or documents? Can we discuss the implications for flexibility, security, and robustness when deploying a hardware vs software/hybrid solution? Our screens are currently on a consumer-grade internet connection with no redundancy… and are attached to the enterprise LAN. An adjacent Enterprise network exists in the space that could be utilized, including backup/redundant power, internet, and connectivity solutions. How are other jurisdictions meeting this need?

Moving from an on-premise ERP solution to a cloud ERP solution(SaaS) represents a radical change especially with the ongoing 'support' and 'governance' models required for continuous success. We are very interested in hearing from other companies that have made this transition, and the lessons learned in structuring ongoing support.
