What email signature management tool do you use?

We are using Exclaimer and it is very simple and powerful
You can use it with office 360,G suite and in our case Exchange

Check out Exclaimer - integrates with AD nicely and is fairly reasonable cost-wise.

I am not sure about the email signature management tool. We have created one signature generator for our self to generate the signature and use in the email. Please confirm if you are asking the same kind of thing.
