Collaboration with peers. That's how I got to where I am. I met some people a long time ago. It was 10 years ago. And they introduced me to certain important CIOs in the bay area. And then they would invite me to other events and eventually I got out of my shell and started talking to everybody and realized that they all have the same problems that we do. So let's all figure them out together.
