The Workday customer and invoice modules do not meet our needs. Have you had success with a third party that provides robust capabilities and easily integrates with Workday? Our key issue is around allowing a contact to view and pay invoices for multiple companies.
Does anyone currently use Athena Security, a company that offers software for security portal management? I’d love to get feedback from anyone who has experience with their platform.
My company has selected ServiceNow TPSM (Technology Provider Service Management) as a replacement to ServiceCloud. I would be interested in talking with any B2B Technology leaders that have deployed ServiceNow in a Global Support use case to get lessons learned.
Simply use Dynamics365 the small license it is super cheap and very customizable.
