My organization is doing an ERP implementation. We are not mature in the data governance space. In the past three years we have tried to implement Ataccama and Alation to kick-start a data governance initiative. For a variety of reasons, both attempts failed. Does anyone have a recommendation for a data catalog tool other than Excel? The reason we are considering a data catalog is because in the ERP implementation, some data element nomenclature and taxonomies will be changing. We think a data catalog might increase the chances that the implementation teams are not talking past one another when they are collaborating.

We are a medium sized chemical manufacturing company divided into several business units. One of our business units has a 50 user process manufacturing ERP system. We are in the middle of negotiating our renewal for the software. I am interested in what others are seeing in terms of percentage increases for your annual renewals on a 3 year term.
Getting ready to take the plunge into low code/no code arena with Creatio. We don't have a large development team and we must execute quick turn wins for smaller operational projects working along side user areas. Would welcome any advice on the platform or your experiences.
