How are you adapting or adjusting your ESG program to recognize the use of AI and its negative impacts on the environment?

For those of you managing employees across multiple states, how are you handling ongoing state-specific employee notice requirements that arise outside of onboarding?

For example, notices related to leave entitlements, vacation accrual limits, or other periodic or event-triggered communications. Are you using a centralized system, relying on local HR teams, or something else? I'd love to hear what’s working (or not working) for you.

I am looking for insight on how other organizations (bonus if within the Healthcare industry) are evolving annual performance appraisal processes. We are implementing Cornerstone for this purpose and taking the opportunity to evaluate our model and would like to significantly streamline the process. What are others doing in this space? 

For those that offer a PIP/Package option, do you still provide severance (full or a reduced percentage) to those who are unsuccessful at the conclusion of the PIP?  Or do you only offer severance at the PIP/Package stage?
