Do any of you have a severance like plan (monetary payment in consideration of forfeiting rights to file suit) where an individual's role is NOT being eliminated? The goal would be to create a more efficient way to separate low performing talent with low risk.

Less plan more like loose guidance, for a number of countries these numbers are clear (ie its what the court guidance amounts are) so if you have a severance agreement the local lawyers will tend to have a strong view of ...read more
