I am looking to implement a TMS in China (Shanghai) but need to know the cost benefits and viability are. For example, what is the average cost per Km/ cost per Kg in China in terms of over-the-road logistics and are there any specific regulations in terms of trucking transportation I need to know about that may increase my costs? Are TMS even viable in China? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
