Build, Operate and Transfer
In the Conceptual phase AXPERIENCE allows the solution developer to:
- Test – by simulation of the API flow and the rendering engine - the user experience
- Integrate third party software components in a “proof of concept”
- Approach – deliver “canned” environments to third parties, to allow parallel and distributed team to devise an initial setup
- Design an initial hardware setup – either reusing previously developed modules, or by integration of well known hardware development platforms (e.g. YOCTO-based embedded systems)
- Support the development of the business model, by simulation of a fully operational environment in the Cloud and use of the operational dashboards and the auditing tools to derive key performance indicators
- Harmonize the execution of the phases either in small-scale product development teams or in larger, more distributed organizations
In the Productization/Operational phase, AXPERIENCE draws from the capability maturity of the Axiros Device and Service Management platforms.
- The developed prototypes can be dynamically deployed in an integrated operational environment that enables - at the same time - user experience testing and operational readiness evaluation
- System behavior can be changed in isolation, while preserving the integrity of the systems (API management layer)
- Field trial operations can be audited and measured with the same degree of accuracy of a full blown, carrier grade solution
- Multiple version of the same application can co-exist in the field; this enables the ability to perform UX polls and deliver a better understanding of the customer feedbacks
- Simulators are an integral part of AXPERIENCE, to enable traffic forecasting and preventive maintenance

“… the majority of the IoT platforms available today address either the developer needs or the operations needs. Axiros is different in that it provides tools to support the complete lifecycle of the IoT application.”
