The First Enterprise-Ready, End-to-End Biometric Authentication for the Microsoft Ecosystem

GoVerifyID Server – Greater Assurance, Increased Agility, Cost-Effective

Breaking down the last remaining barriers to widespread enterprise adoption of multi-modal biometrics.

The Server component of GoVerifyID Enterprise Suite removes the barriers to widespread enterprise adoption of multi-modal biometrics. The benefits of the Server component include not only unparalleled security and greater user identity assurance, but also increased agility, ease of management, and many cost efficiencies.

GoVerifyID Enterprise Suite installs on the server in just a few hours, eliminating the time and cost of installing software manually on each individual client device. It supports enrollment and authentication for unlimited population sizes. You can add users by security profile (by Active Directory Group) or individually.

It enhances security by working seamlessly with other types of authentication, including passwords and tokens.

Secure access to virtual desktops is no problem. The Server component provides easy centralized management of biometric authentication policies for all of your users using a standard Snap-In to the Microsoft Management Console. It gives you greater user assurance and Single Sign-On (SSO) convenience for all of your corporate systems and cloud applications. There is no compromise in agility or user experience.

In addition, its server-level authentication provides true biometric assurance. Until now, biometric server access was still password dependent. A biometric challenge authenticated the user at the laptop or workstation, but still sent a password to the server to grant access. As a result, it faced the same vulnerabilities all passwords face: leaks, theft, and hacking. With GoVerifyID Server, passwords can be eliminated.

Features include:

  • Multi-modal biometric authentication centrally managed at the server using a Snap-In to the Microsoft Management Console
  • Secure high-value network endpoints and all network resources (servers, files, applications, databases, data, and devices)
  • Integration with Active Directory to provide increased security using your existing Microsoft security infrastructure
  • Additional integration with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) to provide increased security for web applications including the Microsoft Cloud (Azure, Office-365 and Exchange Online) with SSO convenience
  • Biometric enrollment and authentication for unlimited populations
  • Seamless movement between Windows-based websites using Active Directory for credentialing
  • Flexibility to set biometric authentication to govern security requirements
  • Integration with standard Microsoft domain administration
  • Quick addition and subtraction of users individually or by security profiles (Active Directory Groups)
  • Authentication provided both in-band, using GoVerifyID Client, and out-of-band, using GoVerifyID Cloud
