I am interested in learning how large enterprises are managing the provisioning and replacement of iPads in their environment. We are in the retail space and our iPads are regularly breaking. We currently have a 2 year warranty so there is a lot of time and effort in returning the devices, shipping them to be fixed, getting them returned, reprovisioning them and then sending back to the store.
Does anybody have a better and cost effective solution?
What type of technology do you use in your plants to ensure communication between employees? CBs, Wifi phone, mobile phone, Push-to-Talk? Does any technology, software or equipment stand out?
