We are creating a hub & spoke operating model for our Reporting & Analytics developments. I'm looking for best practices to define what demand is delivered from within the hub, or federated out to the spoke? We're thinking a Red / Amber / Green scale of complexity, based on things like data size, resource availability/capability etc. Any thoughts?

Would anyone be willing to share what rates they've seen from EDI VAN providers? We are trying to understand where we stand with our current provider and feel like the current service is overly expensive. My internal stakeholders are resisting the need for an RFI even though it's my recommendation, but I'm hoping there might be other people that have gone through this exercise already.
