Surprised- I would expect that remote work would mitigate child care issues that often stunt women’s careers

I think some of the reasons why is because of lack of recognition for the work that women put into a job.  Often times women act as advocates for diversity and inclusion initiatives.  Sometimes we are looked at as being overly emotional in the workplace or simply put we are fragile which is something that I have heard several times in my career.<br>Another factor that comes into play is the lack of flexibility and benefits to help them to achieve a better work-life balance.

Yes - Maine did the right thing. There are too many security risks with free versions of these tools. Not enough copyright or privacy protections of data.30%

No, but.... - You must have good security and privacy policies in place for ChatGPT (and other GenAI apps). My organization has policies and meaningful ways to enforce those policies and procedures for staff.41%

A recent change has led to a team merge, and the team themselves aren't enthralled by the department name, Infrastructure & Operations.
