Are you able to set your own RTO policy for the finance team or this driven by a corporate mandate?

We have corporate policies - remote, hybrid and in person.  Within our department, we set the policy for certain groups within those options.  We also expect folks to come in for meaningful moments. 

We have a remote first policy but get folks together for meaningful moments where it is important for in person collaboration. Some travel and / or are in office (where nearby) more than others depending on function.
