We are in the process of implementing a chatbot for our local government site with intentions to deploy for internal use only for testing. We are having problems quantifying is the cost around token consumption. I know that cost varies depending on the model used, but does anyone have any useful estimators. Consumption calculators I have found don't seem particularly useful. What methods for estimating cost did you use? Did you use number of searches against the site?

Not an Indian employer or employee, but EVERYONE should adopt a hybrid model on a permanent basis. The quality of life improves so much more.
Less time in traffic (for me, 2-2.5 hours total) means more sleep in the morning and more family time in the evening. I'm not work-bound during my lunch hour, so I can use it to eat at home and save money, do some laundry, clean up around the house, start marinating food for dinner, etc. which makes my off-work time at home more family-focused and less chore-focused. That's 3-3.5 hours a day/15-17.5 hours a week that is put to much better use.
Of course, less cars on the road means less air and noise pollution, less money spent on gas and car maintenance, less traffic for others who are driving, and less chance of a car accident. Personally, I'm more productive when working from home as there as less interruptions from friendly coworkers wanting to chat.
