Are companies who use Microsoft AI services and/or the Edge browser having any doubts about enabling grounding with Bing Search?
The Bing Search data protection agreements seem to be weaker than the AI data protection agreements, stating that the service may collect data including "requests".
And for those building custom solutions that need Internet search, are you avoiding Bing Search for this reason? Are you finding alternative search products with better data protection agreements?
I have a task to create a high level doc regarding EntraID groups and existing conditional access policies for an exec review. Now, I'm quite familiar with how things work in there and how they were set up, but putting it all in a doc is a whole different beast. Any ideas as to how to go about it would be very helpful. I already have everything I need exported from Entra into a CSV and a JSON. Basically diagrams and nomenclature, the whole nine yards.

Does your organization consider those original system logs records subject to record retention requirements, or supporting information used to create the SOX records?

No, but.... - You must have good security and privacy policies in place for ChatGPT (and other GenAI apps). My organization has policies and meaningful ways to enforce those policies and procedures for staff.47%
No - Bans simply don't work. Even without policies, this action hurts innovation and sends the wrong message to staff and the world about our organization.18%
I'm not sure. This action by Maine makes me think. Let me get back to you in a few weeks (or months).4%
