As a large buyer and licensor we get very deep discounts (at least we are pretty sure we do). If they broke up MS then maybe AWS would be our favorite

Microsoft Azure due to a solid integration with M/D365 services and, probably most importantly, because our teams have very strong expertise with these platforms and technologies.

GCP all the way if you have the right engineering talent to drive it. So many boxes we have to check for due diligence, compliance, and audits are handled by default behind the scenes. 

Everything is encrypted natively at rest; they run on their own fiber, etc, etc.
